This grinding and fluting machine has been designed to work in full automatic mode, significantly reducing the working time, eliminating the operator intervention and eliminating the calculation errors chance, for any kin of fluting.

Compared to all the other models nowadays available o the market, the RR does not have a separate dragging head for the grinding phase; is using the fluting head itself.

The movement of the cutting tool is motorized and automatically controlled, this allow to avoid any human intervention in the fluting phase of the roll.

Thanks to the use of absolute encoders, there is a reduced number of electric utilities, therefore decrease the risk of failure.
